Congratulations to Joyce Streithorst for Being Named One of the Top 200 Financial Advisor Moms in 2017!

For the first time in history, Working Mother Magazine and SHOOK Research honored the achievements of 200 financial advisors who also have the prestigious titles of being mothers. Working Mother is an editorial publication in both print and digital format that provides guidance and highlights the successes of working mothers who are dedicated to building their careers and supporting their families at the same time. Similarly, SHOOK Research is an organization that seeks to recognize outstanding leaders in the financial industry through a series of specially devised criteria meant to find those in our field who are going above and beyond. These two groups teamed up in order to give these hardworking mothers the acknowledgment they deserve for excelling both at home and in the office.

Our very own Joyce Streithorst, CFP®, MSFS, CDFA, was included in this list of exceptional women. Joyce has over 20 years of experience and serves as Director of Financial Planning and Chief Compliance Officer of Frisch Financial. Her achievements as both a financial advisor and as a mother worked to help earn her this distinguished place among the top comparable mothers across the country. Here at Frisch Financial Group, Joyce specializes in financial planning and investment and wealth management. Joyce has made quite the impact at our company helping clients and their families achieve their financial goals.

We are honored to have Joyce working with us at Frisch Financial Group. With the same commitment and care she brings to her role as mother, Joyce has dedicated herself to helping our clients achieve financial success. The COO of SHOOK Research who conducted the study stated: “Who better to trust with your future than a mother?” and we couldn’t agree more. Congratulations to Joyce on this well-deserved recognition.

Here is SHOOK Research’s Selection Methodology:

SHOOK Research considered wealth advisers who are mothers with at least one child living at home and under the age of 18. Ranking algorithm is based on qualitative measures derived from telephone and in-person interviews and surveys: service models, investing process, client retention, industry experience, review of compliance records, firm nominations, etc.; and quantitative criteria, such as assets under management and revenue generated for their firms. Investment performance is not a criterion because client objectives and risk tolerances vary, and advisers rarely have audited performance reports. Rankings are based on the opinions of SHOOK Research LLC. Neither SHOOK nor Working Mother receives compensation from the advisers or their firms in exchange for placement on a ranking.
