Joyce Streithorst Does it Again!
In what appears to be a new tradition, Working Mother magazine and SHOOK Research, once again, set out to honor the accomplishments of mothers who are working in wealth management. Amongst a varied list of financial professionals from across the country, for the second year in a row, Joyce Streithorst, CFP®, MSFS, CDFA, is being recognized as one of the top 300 wealth advisor moms in the United States!
Joyce has one son currently in his freshman year of college and one daughter who is a junior in high school. As a mother of teenagers, as well as a dedicated financial professional with over 25 years of experience, she brings both financial expertise and real-world perspective to her role within Frisch Financial Group. When she speaks with clients, she draws upon her own experiences as a mother and can relate firsthand to the many variables of life which may come into play when making financial plans for now and in the future. As Director of Financial Planning, Joyce is committed to helping each of our clients define their unique financial goals and to creating a plan to achieve them.
As Joyce has been recognized by Working Mother twice in two years, and recently named to the Forbes 2018 Best-in-State Wealth Advisors Ranking, she is honored to be acknowledged for her hard work. Providing educated and caring guidance to help her clients achieve their life goals remains the driving force behind her professional success.
Working Mother is an editorial publication in both print and digital format that provides guidance and highlights the successes of working mothers who are dedicated to building their careers and supporting their families at the same time. SHOOK Research is an organization that seeks to recognize outstanding leaders in the financial industry through a series of specially devised criteria meant to find those in our field who are going above and beyond.
SHOOK Research’s Selection Methodology:
SHOOK Research considered wealth advisors who are mothers with at least one child living at home and under the age of 18. Ranking algorithm is based on qualitative measures derived from telephone and in-person interviews and surveys: service models, investing process, client retention, industry experience, review of compliance records, firm nominations, etc.; and quantitative criteria, such as assets under management and revenue generated for their firms. Investment performance is not a criterion because client objectives and risk tolerances vary, and advisors rarely have audited performance reports. Rankings are based on the opinions of SHOOK Research LLC. Neither SHOOK nor Working Mother receives compensation from the advisors or their firms in exchange for placement on a ranking.
